O NAMA
Društvo REVIDAS d.o.o. pruža usluge revizije od 1999. godine. Registrirano je za obavljanje usluga revizije, usluge s područja računovodstva, usluge poreznog savjetovanja i usluge financijskih analiza i kontrole.
Osnovna djelatnost društva je revizija financijskih izvještaja temeljem Zakona o reviziji, uz koju pružamo i:
- usluge revizije temeljem Zakona o trgovačkim društvima (revizija osnivanja, povećanja temeljnog kapitala, pripajanja i drugo)
- Usluge obavljanja revizije izvješća projekata financiranih iz sredstava EU fondova
- usluge poreznog, računovodstvenog i ostalog poslovnog savjetovanja
- usluge procjenjivanja vrijednosti društva, imovine i obveza
USLUGE
Revizija – Revizija je postupak provjere i ocjene financijskih izvještaja i konsolidiranih financijskih izvještaja obveznika revizije te podataka i metoda koje se primjenjuju pri sastavljanju financijskih izvještaja, na temelju kojih se daje stručno i neovisno mišljenje o istinitosti i objektivnosti financijskog stanja, rezultata poslovanja i novčanih tokova.
Revizija izvješća projekata iz EU fondova – Revizija EU projekata proces je verifikacije troškova generiranih u projektima financiranim iz pretpristupnih i strukturnih fondova EU. Svrha revizije EU projekata je potvrda da su troškovi nastali na projektu uistinu nastali u svrhu provedbe projekta, da su predviđeni u budgetu projekta, te da su u skladu sa kriterijima prihvatljivosti troškova koje koje propisuje EU.
Due diligence – procjena financijskog stanja društva u svrhu smanjivanja kupoprodajne cijene pri stjecanju ili povećavanje cijene pri prodaji, optimizacija i smanjivanje troškova financiranja te određivanje realnog radnog kapitala i neto zaduženosti.
Usluge savjetovanja - savjetovanje o računovodstvenoj i zakonskoj primjeni HSFI-a/MSFI-a, izrada financijskih izvještaja u skladu s MSFI i HSFI, porezno i ostalo poslovno savjetovanje.
Transferne cijene - cijene dogovorene između povezanih stranaka trebaju biti u skladu s definicijom principa tržišnih uvjeta, a te su cijene često podložne poreznim revizijama koje provode državna porezna tijela.
